A working session that maps your manual process to a concrete plan with indicative pricing.
Your monthly covers an allowance of successful runs. Busy months bill $25 per additional 250 runs, so you only pay more when the automation is doing more.
Third-party services your automations use — AI, SMS, document processing — are billed at our cost plus 15%. We estimate these up front and check with you before they go above an agreed amount.
Why there's a monthly, not just a build fee
The build is the groundwork. The monthly is what keeps the work running: hosting, monitoring, the Control Tower, and the tweaks a real process always needs. It turns automation from a one-off project into something that quietly keeps paying off.
Figures are indicative starting prices, not a fixed quote. Final pricing is set after discovery, based on your process count, the tools involved, and volume. Your workflows run on infrastructure dedicated to you, never shared with another client. Your data is yours and you can export it at any time. When you leave, you can take your workflows with you, at no charge.
